ParMotion GreenPacer Consumer Warranty – Canada and USA

GreenPacer Golf Caddies are engineered for reliabity. Each unit leaves the assembly facililty having undergone testing and quality control assurances prior to packaging. With simple periodic maintenance, ordinary use and care, your GreenPacer Golf Caddy will provide trouble free service for many years.

This warranty is extended to the original purchaser only (“the purchaser”) of a GreenPacer vE or GreenPacer II Golf Caddy (“the caddy”) subject to the following terms and conditions:

  • The purchaser must register the caddy by completing all required information at the ParMotion Product Registration link at www.parmotion.ca or by mail within 14 days of the purchase or receipt of the caddy.
  • The caddy must be assembled, operated and maintained in accordance with the instructions provided with the caddy, including those updates and technical bulletins that ParMotion may issue and make available from time to time.
  • The Warranty period commences on the date of purchase of the caddy. You should retain your dated purchase receipt if you have purchased your caddy through a ParMotion distributor.

What’s Covered?

ParMotion warrantees the following components free of defects in workmanship and materials for the terms specified:
  • Stainless Steel Frame – 24 Months
  • Electronic Components – 24 Months
  • Boyu Electric Motors – 24 Months
  • Main Battery Charger – 12 Months.
  • Main SLA or Lithium Battery  – 12 Months (pro-rated to retail price after 6 Months).
  • Remote Transmitter (for GreenPacer II) – 6 Months (pro-rated to retail price after 6 months).
  • All components not specified above – 3 months.

You may contact us (or your ParMotion Distributor) should a problem become evident. However, please review the documentation provided with the Caddy as well as the ParMotion website FAQ page for technical updates or bulletins that may address your concern. If there is a problem with your caddy, we will usually be able to diagnose the problem quickly, with limited information, and have any necessary replacement part shipped within 48 hours.
  • Within the specified warranty period, we will repair or replace the covered defective or failed component(s) (with shipping costs prepaid within the first 30 days) to the Purchaser’s Canadian* home address or a local ParMotion distributor. We may require the defective component be returned to us for testing prior to providing a replacement. If at any time during the warranty the complete caddy is to be returned to our facility or any authorized repair facility for diagnosis and/or repair, shipping/insurance costs and any applicable labour charges will be the purchaser’s responsibility. However, we will return the repaired or replacement caddy with all shipping charges prepaid.
  • The decision to repair or replace a defective component or caddy is at ParMotion’s sole discretion. If we elect to replace an entire caddy, we reserve the right to replace it with a refurbished unit. In such cases, the replacement will be at least equal in condition to the defective caddy received.

What’s NOT covered?

  • ParMotion’s liability under this warranty, and that of its employees, agents, suppliers and distributors, is limited to the retail value of the defective component(s) or caddy. ParMotion’s liability does not extend to any consequential or incidental damages, including injury to persons or property damage, under any circumstances, howsoever caused.
  • The warranty excludes damages to, or loss of, components arising as a direct or indirect result of mishandling during transportation, unauthorized attempts to repair the unit, failure of the purchaser to assemble, maintain and operate the caddy in accordance with the instructions provided and with reasonable care, subjecting the caddy to excessive load, operating the caddy on unsuitable terrain, accident, misadventure, collision or impact with any obstacle or hazard (including but not limited to trees, tree roots, curbs, bridge entrances, rocks, steps, sudden changes in terrain, sprinkler heads, etc.), submersion in water, dropping or tipping, or loss of control of the caddy, regardless of cause or circumstances. The final determination as to the validity of any claim under this warranty remains at the sole discretion of ParMotion.
  • The warranty excludes normal wear or damage to wheels, tire treads, product labels, control panel (and remote transmitter) controls or keys and the caddy's finished surfaces and coatings.  There is no warranty on GreenPacer accessories.
